YouMap LLC certifies coaches and consultants, human resources and career services professionals in the YouMap® Certified Coach credential. The YouMap® profile was awarded the Career Innovator Award by Career Directors International in 2020.
The YouMap® Certified Coach program equips you to support clients, employees, job seekers, and students with effective career transition, career exploration, career planning and career management guidance.

The YouMap® process reveals an individual's four pillars of career satisfaction: strengths, values, motivating skills, and interests which, when aligned to one's work, contribute to increased work productivity, quality, and fulfillment.

"I have been hired by three companies, two of whom were multi-billion dollar companies, to complete turnarounds for failing communications departments. I credit my success, in large part, to using assessments to identify each team member's strengths and passions. It wasn't about kicking people off the bus; it was about switching seats to place each individual in a position to provide their talents which in turn contributed to success. We went from the poorest performing to the highest performing departments in short order. When Kristin Sherry introduced YouMap®, I immediately responded by telling her that every, and I mean every, company should invest in YouMaps for their associates. What a road map it provides to get the best out of everyone, and ensure they can be successful on behalf of those they serve." - Gretchen Fierle, leadership author, speaker and strategy consultant
