Shanice Morris-Sharpe, LCSW-C has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Team Member at Whole Foods Market. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Substitute Crisis Counselor and Social Work Graduate Student Intern at Cornerstone Montgomery. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Behavioral Health Therapist at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Offsite Psychotherapist at BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PARTNERS OF FREDERICK INC. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a School Social Worker at Kennedy Krieger Institute and the University of Maryland School of Social Work. In 2022, they began working as a Membership Engagement Manager at United Methodist Assn. of Health & Welfare Ministries, a Mental Health Therapist at Youme Healthcare, and an Implementation Project Manager at Givhero.

Shanice Morris-Sharpe, LCSW-C obtained their High School Diploma from Thomas S. Wootton High School in 2008. Shanice then attended the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, with a Minor in Black Women's Studies in 2012. In 2015, they obtained their Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), with a Clinical Concentration. In 2017, they were awarded their Licensed Master Social Worker certification from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
