Alina Donets

Alina Donets is a portfolio manager and strategic advisor with over 13 years of experience in sustainable equity investing and business development. They have successfully built and scaled strategies in Circular Economy, Water, Biodiversity, and Food Systems, raising more than $1 billion in mandates. Previously, Alina held positions at Allianz Global Investors and Pictet Asset Management, where they demonstrated leadership in managing significant assets and developing innovative investment frameworks for SDG alignment. Currently, Alina serves as a Board Advisor at Youmi, focusing on fundraising strategies and market assessments. They hold degrees from HEC Paris and Cass Business School, and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
