Mila Zugelder

Mila Zugelder is a seasoned professional in people development and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the People Development Manager at yoummday since October 2022, Mila has been instrumental in establishing the Learning & Development function during a period of rapid growth. Prior to this role, Mila held significant positions at Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG from June 2007 to October 2022, including Senior HR Manager Leadership Development, where responsibilities encompassed global leadership programs and individual consulting for managers. Mila also contributed to developing leadership training programs and talent development processes at Rohde & Schwarz. Earlier career experiences include roles at Dräxlmaier Group, RWE, Viterra AG, and the German American Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating a solid foundation in management development and training.
