Mónica Melo is an experienced professional in human resources and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of People & Customer Experience at Younergy since September 2020, where significant contributions include managing HR and Customer Experience Departments, enhancing internal processes, and improving talent acquisition and customer engagement strategies. Previously, Mónica held leadership roles in admissions management at United Lisbon International School and Collège Champittet, focusing on student recruitment and collaborative marketing initiatives. Mónica's diverse background also includes positions at Laureate Hospitality Education, GTA, Europcar, Novotel Hotels, and as a Legal Secretary, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from the University of Greenwich and additional qualifications in business and commerce.
