Hoa Nguyen A. founded and served as the CEO of YouNet Group, a SocialTech Group specializing in applying social technologies to various business areas such as marketing and sales. They also founded and led YouNet Media, which is known for its Social Analytics platform and services. Prior to that, Hoa worked as a Project Leader and Researcher at The University of Houston Clear Lake.

Hoa Nguyen A. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in IT at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 1997 to 2003. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Information System at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2005 to 2006.
