Florian Mshanga is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and management within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and East Africa Regional Coordinator at Young African Leaders Forum since April 2015, Florian also heads the Employee Engagement department and previously held the position of Country Coordinator. Prior to this role, Florian worked at Sense International as an Education & Learning Support Assistant, focusing on disability issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of AIESEC MoCU and completing an internship in Procurement and Supply Chain at the President's Office State House. Florian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Moshi Cooperative University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
