The Grassroots Operations team at Young Americans for Liberty focuses on cultivating and mobilizing local activist networks to drive libertarian principles on college campuses and within communities. This team coordinates outreach efforts, trains young leaders, and supports state-specific initiatives to identify and recruit candidates who embody libertarian values, ultimately working toward building a pipeline of future liberty legislators. Through strategic organization and community engagement, they aim to enhance the effectiveness of YAL’s mission to promote liberty and influence electoral politics.
