Dennis Grindle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career management and coaching. As the Founder of Grindle and Associates since February 2014, Dennis has been dedicated to providing career guidance and support. In addition to this role, Dennis serves as a Career Coach with Young Catholic Professionals since 2013. Previous positions include Director of MBA Career Management at SMU Cox School of Business from May 2000 to July 2013, Assistant Director at DUKE Fuqua School of Business in 1997-1998, and Career Counselor at The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1997. Dennis also held the position of Director at UCLA Anderson School of Management for a decade, from 1980 to 1990.

YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
