Kumar Kibble is an accomplished executive and coach with extensive experience in leadership development and homeland security. As the CEO and Executive Coach at GuideQuest since May 2020, Kumar Kibble specializes in coaching leaders and teams within medium to large organizations, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, succession planning, and fostering collaborative cultures. In addition to this role, Kumar Kibble serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for TransNexus Technologies, LLC and as a National Board Member for Young Catholic Professionals. Previously, Kumar Kibble held the position of Senior Vice President at ANDE, overseeing strategic planning and sales in the homeland security and defense sectors. A notable career at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security spanned from 1994 to 2018, where Kumar Kibble held various executive roles, orchestrating international operations to enhance global security. Kumar Kibble's military background includes leadership roles in the U.S. Army, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Management from The Johns Hopkins University.

YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
