Mark Thatcher currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Illumio, focusing on Zero Trust Segmentation to address modern security threats. Thatcher holds a position as a Founding Board Member at The Timothy Collective and is a member of the Board of Directors for Young Catholic Professionals, which fosters community and encourages professional growth among young adults. Prior experience includes various sales leadership roles at Venafi, McAfee, Inovis, Endeca, Mercury Interactive, Art Technology Group, and MicroStrategy, demonstrating a strong background in driving revenue and managing sales teams across multiple industries. Mark Thatcher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.

YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
