Previously, roles included Director of New Business Development at Milestones, Cybersecurity Recruiter at HuntSource, and Business Development Manager at both MiSource and Nesco Resource. With a strong foundation in sales and client management, Santiago has effectively built relationships, managed client needs, and executed strategic initiatives to enhance company growth and visibility. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of North Florida.

YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
