Nicholas Banks

Nicholas Banks is an experienced professional who has held various roles in program management and consulting. Nicholas currently serves as the Program Manager - Fellowships at Young Community Developers, where Nicholas collaborates across departments, onboards new employees, and maintains relationships with partners/donors. As the Founder/Chief Consultant at Bridge Builder Consulting, LLC, Nicholas leads the company and provides consulting services. In their previous roles, Nicholas has managed mentoring and tutorial-based programs, coordinated fellowship programs, optimized student educational strategies, managed budgets, and provided academic advising and outreach.
