Kara Alderin

Kara oversees the operations of the pubs with hotels, stretching from Wandsworth to the South West of England and the more recently acquired Cotswolds pubs and hotels. Kara has specific responsibility for inspiring and delivering individual business plans across their pub estate, succession and development of operations managers, sales and profits, capital development investments, compliance, menu evolution and marketing, development of Young’s hotels and bedroom growth and capital expenditure strategy.

Kara studied hospitality management and joined Youngs in July 2020 having previously worked for Abokado and Fullers.
