Since 2009 Young Creatives Nottingham has been working throughout the city to encourage young people to include creativity in their lives and realise it as a career choice.  Each year the charity runs the Young Creative Awards (YCAs) in partnership with city-based education partners, businesses , and creative industry professionals to help celebrate young people and bring together pathways into employment.  The charity also runs workshops and initiatives throughout the year drawing from 15+ years of Awards alumni to raise the aspirations of young people in Nottingham.
