Molly Fleming is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Vice President (External) and Events Director at the Young Diplomats Society, a non-profit organization focused on fostering interest in global affairs among youth. Previously, Molly worked as a Seminar Presenter for Elevate Education, where high-impact seminars were delivered to students across Victoria, and held the position of Head of Partnerships at Raise Our Voice Australia, advocating for young women and gender-diverse individuals. An experienced music educator, Molly has taught piano and cello privately while also engaging as a Bushwalking Officer with the Melbourne University Mountaineering Club and a Regional Coordinator with the Debaters Association of Victoria. Molly’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies, a Diploma in Music from the Melbourne Conservatorium, and a Diploma in Languages focused on Arabic Studies.

We provide young people with opportunities to engage with international affairs. As an organisation led by young people, we are proud to produce: - Publications: We publish articles written by young people to bring meaningful and original ideas to the discussion of Australia's foreign policy and international relations. - Events: We host regular events on global affairs with academics, experts and professionals in the field. - Podcast: Our podcast, Global Questions, is a weekly podcast for young people who want to know more about global affairs. We interview experts (such as Julian Burnside), dive deep into the news and interview young professionals for career advice.
