Jerry Richardson, CTS

Jerry Richardson, CTS-D, has extensive work experience in the audio-visual (AV) and systems integration industry. Jerry is currently employed at Young Electric as an AV Manager, where they oversee the sales, CAD, engineering, and field services teams. In this role, they are responsible for developing enterprise-wide quality standards, training staff to meet these standards, and contributing to the company's budget process. Jerry also evaluates and implements new technologies.

Before joining Young Electric, Jerry worked at BEI Construction Inc. as a Lead Project Engineer. Jerry's earlier career includes roles as a Partner/Network Engineer at airCloud Communications, where they sold and built WiFi and fixed-wireless solutions, and as a Senior Sales Engineer at Media Vision Integration and ProHome Systems.

Jerry began their career as a Network Designer at InterQuest/Darwin Networks.
