During their time at City Pantry, they held the position of Financial Controller. Lucy's career began at Donald Reid Group, where they started as an Assistant Manager - Outsourced Finance and steadily progressed during their tenure.

Lucy's experience spans across various sectors and they have been involved in financial management, accounting, and client management. Lucy is an Accredited Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Full Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT). Later on, they studied at Kaplan Financial, earning a degree in AAT from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they pursued further education at Kaplan Financial and obtained a degree in ICAEW ACA from 2013 to 2015.
