Lachlan Imms

Lachlan Imms currently serves as Learning and Development Manager and Site Manager at Young Guns since October 2021, focusing on enhancing team performance and maintaining safety and quality standards. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Representative APS4 at the Australian Government Department of Human Services, where responsibilities involved secure data processing and client communication. Lachlan also served as a Missionary with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from December 2016 to December 2018, developing strong leadership and teaching skills while managing community projects. Earlier experience as a Junior Sales Representative at The Queensland Textbook Warehouse involved customer support and account management, contributing to the efficient delivery of services to students.
