Shane Griffin

Shane Griffin is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in management and culinary roles. Currently serving as General Manager for South Operations and General Manager for Victoria at Young Guns since October 2022, Shane previously held the position of Operations Manager at Jumbocorp from January 2019 to September 2022. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at 3rd Party Containers, Assistant Manager at Chef's Hat Australia, and Jet Boat Driver at Shotover Jet. Additional roles encompass Chef De Partie at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Thebathhouse, along with a position as Demi Chef at Hayman Island.
