De Young Lady Business Academy is in 2017 opgericht door zakenvrouw Elske Doets om het zelfvertrouwen en zelfbewustzijn van jonge, ambitieuze vrouwen in Nederland naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Met als belangrijk nevendoel dat meer sleutelposities in de publieke en private sector uiteindelijk door vrouwen worden ingenomen. En er een grotere diversiteit aan mensen de directiekamers van Nederland gaat bevolken.
