Willeke Arens is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sustainable fashion and marketing. Currently serving as the owner of BFAY since January 2017, Willeke operates an inspiration website focused on sustainable clothing, offering articles on eco-friendly purchasing, wardrobe sustainability, the clothing industry, and second-hand fashion. Willeke also holds the position of ambassador at Young Lady Business Academy since November 2023 and has been an online marketer at Creating4U since November 2021. Additional experience includes a role as an editor at Womentoday.nl in late 2017 and as an interior stylist at Woonwarenhuis Het Kabinet from February to August 2016. Willeke's early career involved a position as a shelf stocker at Etos in 2013-2014. Academic qualifications include a NIMA A in Online Marketing from ICM opleidingen & trainingen and a Management Assistant certification from CTC Talent. Furthermore, Willeke pursued studies in spatial presentation and communication at Nimeto Utrecht and completed a Vmbo-tl in Economics at Ichthus College Veenendaal.

De Young Lady Business Academy is in 2017 opgericht door zakenvrouw Elske Doets om het zelfvertrouwen en zelfbewustzijn van jonge, ambitieuze vrouwen in Nederland naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Met als belangrijk nevendoel dat meer sleutelposities in de publieke en private sector uiteindelijk door vrouwen worden ingenomen. En er een grotere diversiteit aan mensen de directiekamers van Nederland gaat bevolken. Heb jij ambitie om een succesvolle onderneemster, executive, zakenvrouw of politica te worden en ben jij tussen de 15 en 25 jaar? Schrijf je dan in voor de gratis Young Lady Business Academy.
