Joshua Shum serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Young Life since June 2021. Previously, Joshua held the position of Vice President at Nan Fung Group from June 2022 to September 2025, overseeing the international real estate portfolio and operations in London while managing investments, design and development, asset management, and ESG initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Associate, Associate, and Investment Associate at Phoenix Property Investors, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle real estate investments and APAC fund management. Joshua's earlier experience includes positions in project management and architectural design with various firms, as well as completing an internship at Columbia University. Joshua earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (Hons) from The University of Hong Kong.
