Karil Connor

Karil (Greaves) Connor, M.Div., has over 15 years of experience in ministry and leadership roles, currently serving as the Vice President of YoungLives ministries at Young Life since July 2008, after holding the position of YoungLives Director. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager at the Pregnancy Care Center from 2005 to 2008, a Youth and Women Ministry Intern at Youth for Christ International from 2003 to 2004, and Youth Ministry Staff at All Rockland Kids for Christ from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Karil spent five years at AT&T as a Wireless Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master of Divinity in Christian Education & Discipleship from Alliance Theological Seminary and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from New York University and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
