Paul Sherrill

Paul Sherrill serves as the Vice President of Administrative Services at Young Life since July 1995, providing executive-level leadership and overseeing operations and administrative support services to foster growth while managing risks. In this role, Paul supervises up to 30 direct reports and collaborates with internal and external resources to develop a robust infrastructure that protects the organization's extensive resources and 5,000+ employees. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Operations at Young Life, managing daily domestic operations and key international functions, alongside serving as Corporate Secretary and Director of Stewardship. Prior to Young Life, Paul worked as the Director of Risk Management at Torrance Memorial Medical Center from August 1990 to July 1995, where responsibilities included coordinating risk management programs and overseeing disaster preparedness and insurance operations for a large healthcare system. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Azusa Pacific University between 1983 and 1986.
