Shannon Harmon

Shannon Harmon currently serves as the Vice President of U.S. Operations at Young Life, a position held since April 2018, and previously held the role of Senior Director of U.S. Field Operations. Shannon's career with Young Life began in August 2005 and included positions as Associate Regional Director and Regional Administrator until July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Women's Director of Student Ministries at Fellowship Bible Church from July 2004 to May 2005 and Staff Associate at Young Life from July 2002 to May 2004. Additionally, Shannon worked as an International Development Assistant at Scripps Networks Interactive from January 2000 to June 2002. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1995 and 1999.
