Jacob Smith

Jacob Smith is an experienced software quality engineer and test architect with a strong background in automation and manual testing across various environments. Currently, at Young Living Essential Oils, Jacob focuses on refactoring test automation code in Selenium and creating new test automation in Cypress. Prior experience includes roles at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where Jacob worked in Agile environments and utilized tools such as Azure DevOps, and at Bluehost, where Jacob developed both manual and automated test cases and contributed to CI/CD processes. In addition to a solid technical foundation, Jacob has experience as a background actor in "The Chosen". Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Utah Valley University.
