Jessica Trujillo

Jessica Trujillo is a seasoned compliance and regulatory professional with extensive experience at Young Living Essential Oils since March 2014, holding roles from Sr. Director of Compliance & Regulatory to Corporate Paralegal. In current responsibilities, Jessica manages compliance staff and oversees the implementation of a groundbreaking Lacey Act Compliance Program applicable to over 300 products. Expertise includes risk mitigation strategies, budget management exceeding $600k annually, and collaboration with international legal counsel across more than 40 countries. Previous experience includes corporate paralegal roles at Nature's Sunshine Products and Wasatch Lawyers, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, state regulatory compliance, and legal support. Jessica holds a Bachelor's of Science in Paralegal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice from Utah Valley University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Dixie State University. Recognized with the 2015 Bridge Building Award for facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, Jessica is also a skilled presenter on compliance topics within the natural products industry.
