Layne Cahoon

Layne Cahoon, MBA, currently serves as Sr. Director of Master Data Management and Packaging Engineering at Young Living Essential Oils since March 2019, leading a team in PLM implementation and overseeing data management for 160,000 item records. Previous experience includes roles as Director and Senior Manager in the same department, where significant team engagement improvements and process efficiencies were achieved. Prior to Young Living, Cahoon worked at Henkel as Manager of Business Process and Systems, achieving notable reductions in manufacturing time and data entry processing. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Sun Products Corp, where oversight of master data and project execution was key, and early career roles in material planning and warehouse supervision at Huish Detergents. Cahoon holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business IT Management from Western Governors University, and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix.
