Nathan Moffat

Nathan Moffat has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Nathan began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior, where they specialized in energy trading accounting issues. Nathan then moved on to work as a Controller/Project Manager at Earthcor Excavation, where they developed and implemented accounting processes and project management strategies. Moffat then joined BP as a Trade Control Analyst, responsible for valuing natural gas transport deals and evaluating daily P&L shifts. Nathan later worked at Point Energy Consulting as an Energy Consultant, auditing and reviewing oil and natural gas production, and related royalty interests. Moffat then joined Synergy WorldWide, where they served as the Director of Finance/International Controller, overseeing the financial operations of 14 international markets and reporting to executive management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Global Controller at Young Living Essential Oils. their role involves managing global financial operations and leading a team of controllers. Overall, Moffat has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, auditing, and strategic planning in various industries.

Nathan Moffat earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University in 2001. Nathan then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2002. Additionally, they obtained a CPA certification in Utah.
