The Leadership Team at the Young Men’s Christian Association focuses on strategic planning and decision-making to guide the organization in its mission to empower individuals and communities. Comprised of key leaders including the CEO and various presidents and vice presidents, the team collaborates to develop programs, enhance community outreach, and ensure sustainable growth and alignment with the Y’s core values and objectives.
