Stacey Mauer is a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor with a passion for teaching various yoga styles to a diverse range of students. In addition to their yoga instruction, Stacey has a background in technical writing and proposal management, where Stacey has led teams in creating detailed and comprehensive proposals for government and commercial clients. Stacey also has experience as a writer and researcher in marketing and communications. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing and is certified as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa.
