The Finance and Accounting team at the Young Men's Christian Association of Greater Dayton ensures the financial health and sustainability of the organization. This team manages financial reporting, billing, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general accounting tasks, supporting the Y's mission of fostering youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
