Yolanda Richard

Yolanda Richard is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Executive Director at Good Business Colorado since April 2024. Prior to this role, Yolanda held the position of Vice President of Community Impact at YMCA of Metro Denver, where efforts focused on the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and global initiatives. Yolanda's previous roles include Director of Membership & Strategic Partnerships at FPWA, where citywide engagement strategies were developed, and significant funding for community outreach was secured. Yolanda's extensive background in community engagement, spiritual leadership, and educational programming encompasses positions at First Corinthian Baptist Church, NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and various roles during educational pursuits at Yale University. Yolanda holds a Master's Degree in Theology from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Africana Studies from the University of Miami.
