Brendan Helms

Brendan Helms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and education within various organizations, particularly in the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. Brendan currently serves as Program Director and previously held the role of Program Coordinator, overseeing summer and after-school programs while supervising staff and maintaining program records. Additional experience includes serving as a Museum Educator at the International Spy Museum and holding positions as a Guest Service Agent and historical interpreter with the National Park Service and Prince William County. Brendan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Military History from the University of Mary Washington and ongoing studies towards a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
