Dr. Kasia B. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington. Dr. Kasia started as a Membership Coordinator in 2008, where they managed a membership database and created marketing materials. In 2011, they became a Business/Community Relations Manager, overseeing fundraising campaigns and engaging with the Board of Directors. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Business Services, responsible for branch operations management and government contracts. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Business Director, overseeing financial operations across multiple locations and conducting budget analysis. In addition to their YMCA experience, they also worked as a NASM Personal Trainer starting in 2019.
From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Kasia B. attended Shenandoah University where they obtained a Doctor of Professional Study (DProf) degree in Organizational Leadership.
