Erin Andrew

Erin Andrew is the Director at YMCA of Washington DC. Erin was previously the SVP, Inclusive Small Business Lending at Live Oak Bank from February 2017 to March 2022. Erin was also the Acting Executive Director at National Women's Business Council from September 2013 to May 2014. Prior to that, they were the Associate Administrator, Office of Capital Access at U.S. Small Business Administration from August 2010 to January 2017.

Erin Andrew has a Masters in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Business Administration degree with a double major in Ethics, Theirtory, and Public Policy from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. Erin also attended West Lafayette High School.
