Alicia Every Arm

Alicia Every, ARM has had a diverse range of work experience in risk management and safety. Alicia began their career in 2003 at Eola Cherry Company as a Safety Director. In 2004, they joined the YMCA of Greater Seattle, starting as a Safety & Risk Management Director and later transitioning to the role of Risk Management Specialist. Alicia Every is currently working at the YMCA of Snohomish County as the Director of Training and Risk Management since 2022.

Alicia Every, ARM pursued their higher education at the University of Washington from 1998 to 2000. Alicia obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Comparative Literature during this period. In addition to their degree, Alicia has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Alicia obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in May 2008. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Praesidium Guardian certification from Praesidium, Inc. in May 2021.
