Shannon Deacon

Shannon Deacon has extensive experience in both engineering and education. Currently serving as a Martial Arts Instructor for the Tae Kwon Do program at the YMCA of Snohomish County since April 2019, Shannon previously held significant roles in the aerospace industry, including Executive Board Vice President for the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace from 2015 to 2018 and various engineering positions at Boeing from 2003 to 2018, notably as a Liaison Engineer and Design Engineer. Shannon's educational background includes a Master’s in Teaching from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
