Nathan Sharpe

Nathan Sharpe is a seasoned Community Engagement Officer at the World Affairs Council, where responsibilities include fostering community engagement on global issues, enhancing membership, and supporting strategic planning and DEI initiatives. With a background in program management, Nathan also played key roles in the Global Classroom program, overseeing initiatives like the World Citizen Essay Contest and managing communications for educators. Previous positions included Special Assistant to the President/CEO, where Nathan managed office operations and intern recruitment, and Program Assistant, focusing on newsletters and contests for teachers and students. Nathan's early career includes serving as Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Digital Seattle, managing client requests and contract documentation. Nathan holds a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
