Katherine Paynter

Manager, Global Compensation at Young & Reckless

Katherine Paynter has a strong background in human resources and compensation management. Katherine worked as a Manager of Global Compensation at Young & Reckless from September 2015 onwards, where they designed three-tier expatriate compensation programs and directed compensation and benefit programs for 75 expatriates across 30 countries. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President of Human Resources at CitiGroup Properties, starting in September 2013. In this role, they provided strategic HR support for international cards and retail banking businesses, focusing on leadership development and executive performance. From September 2010 to April 2012, Katherine worked as a Vice President of Senior Human Resources at CitiGroup Properties, where they acted as a strategic business advisor on talent acquisition and development, organizational design, and compensation. Katherine also managed the annual talent-review process and oversaw the annual bonus and equity program across 50 countries.

Katherine Paynter earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Ashford University, attending the institution from 2004 to 2009.
