Young Soaring Eagle's approach is grounded in Etuaptmumk ('two-eyed' seeing). Etuaptmumk is a concept developed by Albert and Murdena Marshall - that utilizes the strengths of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous approach. We are passionate about the projects we work on and the clients we serve. Respect, honesty, and accountability are values that frame our work and relationships. We look at how traditional knowledge can provide the foundation for our work, creating projects that are both grounded in tradition and adaptive to the challenges we face in present day.
