About
The Welcome Team at Young Vic is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. They manage front-of-house operations, assist with ticketing and seating, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable theatre experience. The team, led by the Assistant Welcome Team Manager and supported by the Duty Manager and Assistant Front Of House Manager, focuses on customer service excellence and safety.
