Luciana de Laurentiis

Luciana De Laurentiis has over two decades of experience in corporate culture, inclusion, training, and communication. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Culture & Inclusion at Fastweb since March 2001, Luciana focuses on fostering an inclusive and sustainable work environment through internal communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Additional roles include training manager and educator at various institutions, including Fastweb Digital Academy and 24ORE Business School, where Luciana teaches topics such as digital writing, internal communication, and diversity. Luciana is also involved in mentorship and tutoring, helping develop future trainers in effective communication and business writing. Luciana's background includes a degree in Tourism from the University of Bologna and various certifications in coaching and NLP.
