Veronica Buonocore

President & Partnership Manager at Young Women Network

Veronica Buonocore like to define herself as a lawyer in love with books.

After spending her childhood and adolescence in a town overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore, She arrived in Milan at the age of 19 to study Law at Bocconi University, and it was love at first sight. Milan immediately became home, and seeing it grow and open up more and more to the world like her is still a source of great pride.

After five years of university with an interlude of study in Sydney, She started her professional career at a well-known law firm in Milan, where she specialized in commercial, corporate and media law, obtaining the title of lawyer in 2017. Recently, She started a new professional adventure as Contract Manager in an important multinational company in the consultancy sector. When she's not busy writing contracts, you can find me browsing the bookstore. She has boundless love for reading and there's nothing she's more passionate about than diving through the pages of a new book, and then writing down her sensations. Yes, because her other great passion is writing, which she developed since childhood and has always accompanied her throughout her life. Lately,

Other great passions are art (wandering through museums and galleries, getting lost in a cinema or theatre) and discovering unknown places and people through travel.

Her passions are the mirror of her eclectic and curious personality, always looking for new stimuli and eager to learn as much as possible, with the enthusiasm and ambition of wanting to leave a positive impact on the reality that surrounds her, as her motto "Whoever wants to move the world must move himself first".
