Young Women's Preparatory Network
Koshi Dhingra is an accomplished educator and leader in STEM and STEAM initiatives, serving as Founder and Director of talkSTEM since March 2015, where the focus is on enhancing conversations around diversity in STEM fields. Dhingra is also a member of the Young Women's Preparatory Network SB 1882 Governing Board, providing oversight to three girls' schools in Texas. In addition to extensive consulting experience in STEM education, Dhingra has held various roles including Senior Fellow at Southern Methodist University, Advisory Committee Member at the Early Childhood Education Institute, and Executive Board Member at Greenhill School. Past academic positions include Assistant Professor at Brooklyn College and Assistant Director at The University of Texas at Dallas, alongside consultancy work for Nickelodeon's "Blue's Clues." Dhingra holds an Ed.D in Science Education and multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including Teachers College, Columbia University, and the National University of Singapore.

Young Women’s Preparatory Network is a network of all-girls public schools that partner with Texas Independent School Districts to implement our innovative educational model in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. We serve over 4,300 students and have over 2,500 in-college alumnae. Our work enhances the educational experience of young women in Texas, bridging the gap between poverty and success in college. With this, we give our students a promise for a better life for themselves and their families!
