Yanadira Magana

Yanadira Magana is an experienced education professional with a strong background in college access and success advising. Currently serving as a College Success Advisor at Young Women's Preparatory Network since 2022, Yanadira previously held multiple managerial roles at Uplift Education from July 2017 to July 2023, including Manager of College Access and Financial Aid and Manager of College Partnerships. Yanadira began their career as an Admissions Counselor at Salem College from July 2015 to July 2017. Yanadira holds a Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Salem College.
