AS a Senior Managing Director Steven leads Young America Capital's Industrials, Chemicals and Manufacturing Sector leam. Prior to joining the

firm Steven held a variety of leadership roles with four Fortune 500/1000 publicly traded companies including W.R. Grace & Co., Alcoa, DuPont

and BrightView in which he focused on growth, development and restructuring programs. He has completed over 70 transactions of varying

size with Total Enterprise Valuation in excess of $25 billion spanning a wide range of industries including chemicals, specialty chemicals,

specialty materials, manufacturing, industrial biosciences/enzymes, coatings, building products, packaging, printing, distribution, agriculture,

nutrition, food ingredients, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, business services, commercial landscaping, restaurants and retail.

Steven is an exceptional and top-performing financial professional with over 30 years experience leading growth, development and

restructuring programs. He is acCcomplished in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, portfolio management, restructuring, financial valuations, due

diligence, negotiations, relationship management, post-acquisition integration, separations, capital structuring, organic growth and process

improvement. He has a proven aptitude in using strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills to deliver winning

engagement solutions and strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.

Steven received an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and BS in ACcounting from the University of Delaware. While not

practicing he is also a CPA and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with lean manufacturing experience.
