Dejha Carrington is an experienced professional in strategic communications and public relations, with a background in working with arts and cultural organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Communications at YoungArts, Dejha is also known for their role as Co-Founder of an art membership program. Their previous roles include Executive Director at Rockaway PR and Director of PR & Marketing at YoungArts. Dejha has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and is currently pursuing a Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management certification from Harvard University.

YoungArts was established in 1981 by Lin and Ted Arison to identify exceptional young artists, amplify their potential, and invest in their lifelong creative freedom. Entrance into this prestigious organization starts with a highly competitive application process for talented artists ages 15–18, or grades 10–12 in the United States.
