Natalie Padro-Smith has experience in managing artistic programs and events, including coordinating rentals, contracts, budgeting, and staffing. Natalie also has a background in media relations, intern supervision, social media management, and customer service. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management and Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University.

Entrance into this prestigious organization starts with a highly competitive application process for talented artists ages 15–18, or grades 10–12 in the United States.
